Evaluating the taste masking effectiveness of various flavors in a stable formulated pediatric suspension and solution using the Astree™ electronic tongue

Pediatric formulation development requires an understanding of the physico-chemical stability and the taste of the pharmaceutical drug product. Two modelactive pharmaceuticaling redients(compoundXandcompoundY) were used to develop apowder for reconstitution to a suspension and a solution do sage form after dilution with purified water.

采用电子鼻系统对不同成熟度‘锦绣黄桃’果实进行评价研究.主成分分析(PCA)和判别因子分析法(DFA) 的结果显示,电子鼻可以较好地区分转色期、成熟期和完熟期的果实,但成熟期、完熟期的果实有部分区域发生重 叠.为了评价电子鼻的分析能力,将其预测结果与传统的理化检测方法(硬度、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、挥发性香 气组分)及生理指标(乙烯释放速率)得到的结果进行了比较。

Monitoring of physical–chemical and microbiological changes in fresh pork meat under cold storage by means of a potentiometric electronic tongue

This work describes the correlation found a long 10 days between potentiometric measurements obtained by using an electronic tongue and the variation in certain physicochemical, microbial and biochemical parameters measured on a whole piece of pork loins to red under refrigeration.

基于电子鼻的鱼露香气品质识别

为了识别鱼露的品质,并为缩短发酵周期的工艺优选提供理论依据。利用电子鼻对7 种鱼露样品的挥发性气味 进行了分析,并与顶空-气质联用(GC-MS)和感官分析结果进行比较。结果表明:鱼露香气成分复杂,工艺改良对气味 影响很大,电子鼻18 个金属传感器能很好地将不同样品的气味进行识别。
