电子鼻技术及其在中药行业中的应用前景

总结电子鼻在中药行业中的应用现状并展望其前景。对电子鼻近年来的相关文献进行整理、分析、归纳。作为 嗅觉传感器技术的电子鼻，以其客观性、可靠性和重复性等优点近10 年来得到了快速发展。电子鼻已经初步应用于中药材、 中成药及其中间品的质量控制以及中药炮制“火候”判别的客观数量化。电子鼻能快速提供被测样品的整体信息，产生“指 纹”图谱，已经广泛应用到食品、环境、安全等方面。

Taste sensing systems (electronic tongues) for pharmaceutical applications

Electronic tongues are sensor array systems able to detect single substances as well as complex mixtures by means of particular sensor membranes and electrochemical techniques.
